Treadmill Side-Step Targets Thigh & Butt


The more I walk the Treadmill the more I learn how to use it to produce more of a workout.  I'm not a runner but you can use the Treadmill in different ways to help increase heart rate.  Increase the incline, increase the speed and you can walk on it backwards and sideways too.  I've been doing a side-step and the side-step targets the thigh and buttocks area.
